The God of Chaos Is Coming (I’ve Finally Got Competition).

Apparently, something known as the God of Chaos is Headed Our Way.
In April 2029, an asteroid named Apophis—after the Egyptian “god of chaos, darkness, and fire”—is going to pass extremely close to Earth. And by “close,” I mean about 20,000 miles away. Don’t worry—we’re not getting wiped out. NASA says there’s no risk of impact for at least the next 100 years. But here’s the cool part:
I can’t confirm this myself, but according to some astronomers, you’ll be able to walk outside, look up, and actually see it. No telescope. No binoculars. Just you and a giant space rock cruising past Earth.
It’s one of those rare moments where space doesn’t feel so far away.Most people will probably forget about it by then. But if you’ve ever lain out under the stars, watched a meteor shower, or caught the northern lights…this is that kind of night.
Wherever I am on April 13, 2029, I’ll have good food, a bottle of wine, and something space-themed playing—maybe Pink Floyd, maybe something a little more dramatic.Either way, I’ll be ready to meet my challenger.(And for the record—I’m keeping the title.)

If we survived that? A little deep space passing rock doesn't seem to be as threatening.
